This role will support the RMA and warranty process by identifying faults, taking ownership of the full repair and replacement process, and working with a variety of hardware, screens and electronic components. This role also involves writing operating procedures and ensuring departmental processes and procedures are followed.

The key responsibilities and accountabilities of the role include:

Electronic and Electrical Fault Repair:

  • Diagnose and repair electronic and electrical faults in digital signage products, including LCD screens and interior components.
  • Conduct initial testing and fault finding of returned assemblies and/or products.
  • Perform routine maintenance and calibration of electronic equipment.
  • Ensure all repairs meet quality and safety standards.

The successful candidate:

  • You will have at least three years experience in electronics repairs with a proven track record of diagnosing and resolving electronic and electrical faults.
  • You will possess strong technical and problem-solving skills, have an excellent attention to detail with strong organisational and time management skills. Equally excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a key requirement in addition to the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will have a commitment and desire to maintain high quality standards.
  • Ideally we are looking for an individual who has a degree or HND in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field which is preferred but not essential.
