Job Title: WelderLocation: Lostock, BoltonDuration: PermanentShifts: Days Salary: £18.19 per hour (41'618k per annum)We are currently recruiting for a number of Welders for positions based in Lostock, Bolton.Our client is one of the largest and most successful steel-work contractors in the UK, they have recently won a large amount of work so are looking to extend their workforce.The successful applicants will ideally have structural steel welding experience. You will be responsible for achieving high quality standards in a safe manner within the production time scales.Shifts:* Day Shifts - Monday to Thursday - 6.45am-5pm and Friday - 6.45am-11.45am

Overtime rates available. Candidates must be prepared to go on site for a weld test.

The weld test will include 135 Mag Welding Process.Test 1 - 8mm Single run Fillet Weld.Test 2 - 10mm Multi run Fillet Weld.Test 3 - Double bevel full Penetration Butt Weld.All tests are carried out on 15mm thick plate in S355JR mild steel.Please note: This position is subject to a Drugs & Alcohol test
