Evolve are exclusively partnering with a forward-thinking and innovative pharmaceutical organisation who are seeking a HR Advisor, working initially on a 6 month contract with the potential of extending. In this role, you’ll be responsible for providing a proactive and effective generalist HR support and advice to managers and staff whilst co-ordinating work across the organisation in areas of designated responsibility.

This is a remote/home based role with travel to the companies head office in Scotland.

Ideal Requirements for a HR Advisor

  • 4-5 years’ experience in a generalist HR role at HR or Senior HR advisor level, dealing with complex ER issues.
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding od regulations, accepted professional standards.
  • Ideally CIPD qualified in Human Resources Management
  • Proven organisational skills and ability to prioritise.

Role Responsibilities for a HR Advisor

  • Provide coherent and strategically focused advice and support to People Managers on all aspects of employee relations.
  • Supporting the business to attract, hire and retain the most suitable candidates whilst maintaining a keen focus on internal development and succession planning.
  • Keeping up to date with changes in employment legislation and revising and issuing procedures, policies and the Employee Handbook in line with best practice.
  • General HR administration and ad hoc requests for information.
