A successful community care assistant will be responsible for:

- Displaying the emotional resilience to support service users with challenging behaviour and loneliness

- Responsibilities: You will support up to 5 individuals per day, helping them with their daily needs and activities.

Shift Pattern:- Initial shadow shifts to help you get acquainted with the role- Rotating weekends (weekend on, weekend off)- Typically 37 hours per week, with flexibility for additional hours if desired- Shift Scheduling: Access to the rota for the contract duration, with shifts organized by our team for smooth planning.

To be successful in your community care assistant application, you will:

- Have previous experience working in a care setting with adults

- Have flexibility in the roles undertaken

- Register under the PVG scheme

- Full driving licence (essential)

- Obtained SVQ level 2 in Health and Social Care, or equivalent (desirable)
