Red Rock TM are currently working with a large Traffic Management Company in Lincolnshire to recruit for Trainee Traffic Management Operatives to Starting ASAP. This is an ongoing position for multiple candidates that can lead to full time employment.
The role consists of but is not limited to:
- Loading and Unloading Vehicles
- General yard duties
- Assisting in the implementation, maintenance and removal of Temporary Traffic Management Systems.
- Setting out road closures, lane closures and diversions using signs, cones and barriers.
- Carrying out Stop & Go jobs
- Speaking with members of public and clients alike
It is desirable (but not essential) for applicants to have the following:
- Have a full UK driving licence
- 3.5T driving experience
- Have no more than 6 points (No IN10, DD or DR codes to be accepted)
Candidates must be prepared to work under the following:
- Be available to work early starts (Apply online only))
- Flexibe to work night shifts as and when required
- Be flexible working weekends
In order to be alllowed to work on the roads you must hold a valid TTMBC qualification (or above)Red Rock can assist you with getting this qualification, it is a half day course and would be held in Lincoln (Where the depot is).
There is a cost of this course which is 150. You would need to pay a 40 deposit in order to secure a place on this course
