You will be an enthusiastic and organised individual with a keen interest in accounting. We are looking for an Assistant Accountant to join our growing Accounts team in our Bootle s tore.

A typical day in the life of an Assistant Accountant:

  • Support the Dealership Accountants with production of Monthly Management Accounts for various departments to company deadlines.
  • Completing Monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Produce various analysis for Heads of Departments to support P&L Reviews.
  • Accruals and Prepayments
  • Daily bank reconciliations and cash flow forecasting.
  • Assisting and supporting the Accounts Department with all operational and administrative aspects to ensure the efficient running and management of work.
  • Undertaking tasks and projects as set out by the Group Financial Controller.
  • Dealing with general accounting queries from internal and external customers of the Accounts Department.

Hours

Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
