Reed Accountancy have recently began working with a fantastic client who are looking to add and Assistant Accountant to the business based on growth. The right candidate will be experienced in accountancy and will be able to deliver on the responsibilities listed below. This is an ideal role for someone who is looking to develop their experience and skillset.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the preparation of Monthly Management Accounts for various departments, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Provide analyses to support P&L reviews for department heads.
  • Manage accruals and prepayments.
  • Conduct daily bank reconciliations and cash flow forecasting.
  • Support the Accounts Department with operational and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
  • Undertake tasks and projects as assigned by the Financial Controller.
  • Address general accounting queries from internal and external stakeholders.

Experience Needed:
