The Company
- My client is a leading supplier of construction, site, plant and access equipment for the UK building and construction industry.
- They are looking for an enthusiasticSales Coordinator to join their friendly team.
The Role
- As Sales Coordinator, you willwork closely with customers and transport/operations/dispatch departments to fulfil orders and deliver outstanding service.
- Processing hire and sales orders from initial enquiry to dispatch.
- Responding to incoming telephone calls in a positive and enthusiastic manner, converting enquiries to orders where possible and processing.
- Completingdesignated tasks to supportthe department in achieving set targets providing excellent customer service.
- You will engage with yard personnel to understand product profiles, availability andtransport capability.
- Develop your knowledge of products, allowing you to embrace existing and new product developments in the market.
- Promoting the company's products and services.
- You will have worked or you will be working as a Sales Coordinator or similarand you will be very customer focused.
- You will be enthusiastic, reactive, proactive and driven.
