Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Change and Business Improvement Manager to join a leading organization dedicated to workplace health and safety. This influential role involves leading the design and implementation of business and operational transformations to support an ambitious roadmap of change.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Architecture & Design: Develop and implement integrated operating models, incorporating people, processes, and technology.
  • Operational Improvement: Review and enhance existing working practices, focusing on organizational design and efficiency.
  • Process Management: Lead the development and implementation of Target Operating Models and process improvements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with digital, data, and technology professionals, as well as operational and functional experts.
  • Change Management: Drive significant changes to improve regulatory effectiveness and operational efficiency, ensuring better experiences for both the public and staff.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven background in business architecture, organizational design, and end-to-end process improvement. Experience in developing Target Operating Models and working on business transformation projects.
  • Skills: Strong expertise in process mapping, process improvement, continuous improvement, and requirements gathering.
  • Digital & Regulatory Experience: Preferably some experience in digital transformation and/or regulatory environments. Knowledge of MS Dynamics is desirable but not essential.
  • Qualifications: Security clearance (BPSS) is required.

We are not seeking project managers. Ideal candidates will have senior business analyst experience or a strong background in business architecture. The role requires a focus on business change, end-to-end process design, and improvement.
