About the role:This two form entry school in the Bootle is seeking a teaching assistant to support their KS2 department. You will be required to work with one of the year 5 class teachers. You will be responsible for a small group of pupils with learning difficulties. Ideally, the school would like a qualified teaching assistant but a candidate with classroom-based experience within KS2 will also be considered. You will be able to work on your own initiative without supervision, you will have strong behaviour management skills and be able to differentiate work depending on the ability of individuals in your group.
