My client is currently seeking a HR Services Delivery Lead (Recruitment) to join them on a 12-month FTC basis, as soon as possible.

Your New Role

As a People Services Delivery Lead, you will collaborate with the HR team and various stakeholders to deliver a professional and responsive HR service.

As HR Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for leading recruitment campaigns, managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from liaising with stakeholders through to overseeing pre-employment checks and onboarding new starters, ensuring compliance with HR policies and excellent customer service throughout.

Alongside your recruitment responsibilities, you will also support the HR function with other adhoc HR activities, including supporting in a note-taking capacity in formal meetings (including disciplinary and grievance cases), providing advice & guidance to staff and management, and management of the HR & ATS Systems, amongst other activities.

What You Will Need to Succeed

  • Proven background in HR, particularly in recruitment and operational HR functions.
  • The ability to communicate with senior stakeholders, with the ability to push back where required.
  • An overall understanding of the HR function with experience supporting across the full employee Lifecyle.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • A proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and maintains confidentiality with sensitive information.
  • CIPD Level 3 or above (desirable).
