Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the accounts team, ensuring efficient processing of supplier invoices from receipt to payment.
- Serve as the main contact for administrative inquiries and delegate tasks as needed.
- Manage the timely issuance of sales invoices and credits, and reconcile statements with vendor accounts.
- Maintain an organized filing system for client databases, business partners, and documentation.
- Motivate and monitor team performance, identify training needs, and provide coaching.
- Generate statistical and written reports for management using available media and software.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures in line with the Employee Manual.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external clients and customers, ensuring courteous and prompt responses to inquiries.

Essential Skills:
- Educated to GCSE A level or equivalent with strong literacy and numeracy skills.
- GCSE grades A to C in Maths and English.
- Proven experience in a similar role, particularly in an office environment.
- Proficient in IT with the ability to use various software packages relevant to the role.
- Capable of delivering verbal, analytical, and written reports to senior managers.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Good understanding of employee and customer relations, including data protection knowledge.
- Commitment to continuous learning and adapting to the business’s evolving needs.
- Full, clean driving license.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience in Project Management.
- Accredited training in mediation and dispute resolution.
- Proven experience in data collection and analysis.
