36 hours per week.

3 month contract.

Job Description:

To provide administrative support to the Cared for Teams and Young Persons Team including the minuting of Strategy Meetings & other Professional meetings as and required.

MAIN DUTIES:

1. To type formal reports, letters, memos, and any other appropriate correspondence.

2. To organise the collation and filing of reports, files, registers, and any other appropriate records in relation to the work of the Cared for Teams and Young Persons Team.

3. To attend Strategy Meetings and any other meetings when necessary and to act as minute taker where appropriate.

4. To undertake reception duties on behalf of the of the Cared for Teams and Young Persons Team.

5. To maintain appropriate records of work undertaken and to comply with required administrative procedures, particularly the liaison with other agencies.

6. To provide administrative support to the Cared for Teams and Young Persons Team.

7. To process incoming and outgoing mail & telephone handling.

8. To prepare for and attend supervision sessions and staff meetings.

9. To participate in available training, and developmental activities as required.

10. To contribute as appropriate to developments within Children’s Services.
