Job: Sales Administrator

Salary: Up to £28,000

Location: Liverpool (L30)

Our client is currently looking for an additional sales administrator to join the business due to continued growth. The successful candidate will deal with customer orders, processing on the system, make customers aware of promotion to enhance sales. Ideal candidate will come from a similar background and have some experience of upselling products where possible

  • To have effective communication with customers in all matters relating to the management of their account
  • Maintaining good relationships with customers
  • To have effective internal communication with your office & colleagues
  • To learn to a proficient standard all product ranges
  • Dealing with general enquiries
  • Processing sales orders
  • Updating databases and handling data
  • General office administration
  • To maintain and provide up-to-date sales information as supplied and directed for weekly meetings with your Manager.
  • To represent the brand professionally at all times
  • Researching new leads
  • Identifying new business opportunities
  • Working towards and meeting deadlines
