Your new company
I am working with a school in the South Sefton area that is looking for an experienced candidate to join the school as a higher level teaching assistant. The school is looking for someone who aligns with their ethos and values, where every child has access to the ambitious, rich, broad, and balanced curriculum.
The school is seeking to appoint a dynamic and motivated Higher Level Teaching Assistant to cover PPA and management time across the school in Key Stages 1 and 2.
Your new role
You will work with and supervise individuals and groups of children under the direction/instruction of teaching and/or senior staff, inclusive of contribution to teacher lesson plans, delivery and assessment, enabling access to learning for all pupils and assistance and support in classroom management and behaviour techniques. You will lead management and development of specialist areas within the school and be responsible for management of other teaching assistants including deployment and performance management.
