Recruitment Administrator - Immediate Start
Hours: 35 hours per week
Pay rate: £12ph (Temporary to Permanent)
We are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity with a well-established training services provider based in Liverpool Aintree. We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Recruitment Administrator to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting recruitment activities, including sourcing and screening potential candidates.
- Covering reception when needed.
- Making outbound calls to engage with prospective students and applicants.
- Maintaining and organizing internal databases with up-to-date candidate information.
- Assisting classroom tutors with administrative tasks, including paperwork and data entry.
- Adapting to a dynamic work environment and managing priorities effectively.
- Communicating updates and information clearly to team members.
- Recruitment experience or resourcing background is highly desirable.
- Telephony experience, with confidence in making outbound calls.
- Proven administrative experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.
- Proficiency in IT systems, including MS Office and databases.
