IRL Compliance Specialist

Location: Liverpool
Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 per annum
Contract: Full-time

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented IRL Compliance Specialist to join our clients team. As part of a leading training provider in Liverpool, you will be responsible for managing and submitting funding data, ensuring compliance with apprenticeship and bootcamp rules and supporting learners through accurate data management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monthly submission of funding data
  • Data management for bootcamp and apprenticeship programs
  • Headhunting and recruitment of suitable candidates
  • Manage Individual Learner Record (ILR) and ensure accurate loading onto IRL systems
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with funding and apprenticeship guidelines
  • Ensure adherence to bootcamp rules and regulations
  • Use data sheets and systems to track and report funding and compliance information

Essential Skills:

  • Must have experience working in Further Education and using IRL (Individual Learner Record)
  • Strong experience in data management and funding processes
  • Knowledge of apprenticeship guidelines, bootcamp rules, and funding compliance
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in using relevant systems for data tracking and reporting
