- Document Preparation: Draft, proofread, and edit legal documents, correspondence, and court filings.
- Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on case progress and addressing their inquiries.
- Court Filings: Prepare and file court documents, ensuring compliance with court rules and procedures.
- Calendar Management: Manage attorneys' calendars, schedule meetings, court appearances, and other appointments.
- Record Keeping: Maintain organized records and databases, keeping track of case-related information.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to attorneys, including photocopying, scanning, and managing correspondence.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and other team members to ensure the efficient operation of the legal department.
