Accounts Office Manager - LiverpoolPermanent | Full-time | 37.5 hours/week (Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00)

About the RoleYou'll supervise a dynamic team handling supplier payments, ensuring efficient operations, and maintaining excellent standards across all accounts processes. Your expertise will support smooth office management, performance monitoring, and effective communication with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the accounts team for efficient invoice processing and payments.
  • Manage sales invoices, credits, and vendor account reconciliations.
  • Provide leadership by motivating team members and addressing training needs.
  • Develop office policies, produce reports, and maintain client database systems.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong administrative and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent IT skills and communication prowess.
  • GCSEs (Grades A-C) in Maths and English.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, ideally with office management.
  • Knowledge of employee relations and data protection.
  • A self-motivated, detail-oriented professional with a full driving license.

Desirable Skills:

  • Project management experience.
  • Familiarity with the metal recycling industry.
  • Training in mediation, dispute resolution, or First Aid.
