Location: Seaforth L20

Shifts: Rotational (Day and Night Shifts)

Main Purpose of the Role

As a Driver Reception Clerk you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Your primary responsibilities will involve customer service and managing the weighbridge system, assisting drivers, and ensuring accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Greet and assist drivers upon arrival, providing excellent customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
  • Weighbridge Operations: Operate the weighbridge system to record the weight of incoming and outgoing vehicles accurately.
  • Documentation: Ensure all relevant documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Communication: Coordinate with drivers, warehouse staff, and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
  • Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during the weighbridge process.
