We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Radiographer Band 7 to join our team at Aintree Hospital in the Radiology Department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the daily operations of the Radiology Department.
  • Perform high-quality diagnostic imaging procedures in accordance with protocols.
  • Provide professional guidance and support to junior staff and students.
  • Collaborate with clinicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of departmental policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the training and mentoring of radiographers and other healthcare staff.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Contribute to audit and research projects within the Radiology department.

Requirements:

  • HCPC registered Radiographer.
  • Relevant post-graduate experience in Radiology.
  • Demonstrable experience at a senior level in a Radiology setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
