Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a Business Support Assistant based in Bootle. This is a contract role working full time hours.

The job:

• Provide extensive business support and administrative support to the department
• Typing, telephone duties, note taking in a variety of operational meetings, diary management
• Information gathering, electronic filing and database management
• Data migration, gathering and entry onto systems, databases and CRM's

The candidate:

• Previous experience working administrative or business support
• Strong IT skills and database skills (Liquid Logic knowledge preferred)
• Ability to work under pressure whilst flexibly in a team setting
