Your new schoolA Liverpool-based Secondary School, who pride themselves on fostering a stimulating and inclusive learning environment. They are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Maths Teacher to join them as soon as possible to support their students and facilitate a strong learning environment.Your new roleJoining a fantastic school and department, you will be responsible for teaching Maths to KS3 and KS4. The role is to commence as soon as possible and will operate, full-time, on an ongoing basis. As part of your role, you will;

  • Deliver engaging and effective Maths lessons to students in Key Stage 3 and 4.
  • Follow the school's curriculum and lesson plans, ensuring continuity of learning.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support as needed.
  • Maintain a positive and orderly classroom environment.
  • Collaborate with permanent teaching staff to ensure a seamless educational experience for students.
  • Participate in school activities and events as required.

What you'll need to succeedTo be successful in securing this position, it is essential that you hold a teaching qualification such as QTS, QTLS or PGCE and have experience of teaching Maths to KS3 and KS4. You must be able to commence the role immediately and be able to commit to the full duration of the assignment.
