Scheme Coordinator vacancy waiting to be filled
Venn Group have been approached by a Housing Association and would like to introduce the following position available
Position: Scheme Coordinator
Location: Bootle, Liverpool
Rate: Negotiable depending on experience
Hours: 25 hours p/week preferably over 5 days
Length: 12 weeks ongoing
The role will predominantly involve:
- Ensuring the smooth day to day running of two retirement living schemes for 55 plus age group
- Welcoming new residents and managing the use of communal facilities
- Arranging viewings of accommodation and carrying out sign up of tenancy agreements
- Ensuring residents understand their rights and responsibilities under the terms of the
tenancy agreement
- Managing scheme emergency situations appropriately by following procedures in accordance with the Group’s policies and procedures
- Carrying out health and safety inspections at the scheme in accordance with the Group’s policies and procedures
The successful candidate must have an Enhanced DBS and have experience within doing a similar role previously
