Social Worker | Learning Disabilities Team | Sefton Metropolitan Borough Council
We are looking for a Social Worker with current Social Work experience to join a busy front door Social Work team. You will be supporting the Learning Disability and Autism team, assessing young people aged 16+ who wil be allocated to locality teams.
You will help to assess these young people, commission any support required post 18, and work alongside the young person, their family and the SEND team in Sefton to look at post-school education, and/or employment and work opportunities.
Requirements
- Experience with various complex caseloads in OPPD
- Prior experience using IT Databases e.g. Mosaic/Liquid Logic
- Safeguarding investigations experience - 2 years’ experience post ASYE
