Responsibilities

  • Collect and analyse data on the competitive landscape, customer preferences and market trends to develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan for the business
  • Create or oversee the creation of high-quality digital marketing assets, including content, visuals, trade show participation and campaigns
  • Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to measure ROI and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage external marketing agencies and contractors effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment.
  • Keeping UX on our portal under constant review and working with the IT team to ensure best practices are followed
  • Support the development and implementation of launch timelines and ensure timely execution of marketing activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • A Proven track record of at least 5 years in B2B marketing, with a focus on digital marketing and brand building.
  • Strong understanding of marketing analytics and data-driven decision-making.
  • A track record of success in working with external contractors or agencies for SEO, content creation, and Adwords campaigns.
  • Proficiency in content writing, CRM, marketing automation tools or tools such as Adobe Creative Suite would be an advantage
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Excel for data analysis and reporting
  • A full valid driving license
