We have a great opportunity for an experienced Warehouse & Logistics Managerbased in Bordon to join one of our clients on a full-time permanent basis.

Responsibilities of the Warehouse & Logistics Manager

  • Lead and optimise warehouse and logistics processes across sites.
  • Ensure efficient flow of raw materials and finished goods.
  • Oversee warehouse operations including goods in, storage, inventory control, production kitting, Kanban and dispatch.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor and maintain stock levels.
  • Manage and mentor warehouse staff.
  • Ensure trade compliance and stay up-to-date on domestic and international trade regulations.
  • Prepare and present reports on warehouse and logistics performance.

Requirements for a successful Warehouse & Logistics Manager

  • Minimum of 10 years warehouse and logistics management experience.
  • Experience working in a busy manufacturing environment and delivering continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Proven Logistics expertise including procurement and domestic and international trade compliance.
  • Strong working knowledge of import and export regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong IT skills with experience using both warehouse management systems and ERP software.
