Responsibilities of the Warehouse & Logistics Manager

Lead and optimise warehouse and logistics processes across sites.
Ensure efficient flow of raw materials and finished goods.
Oversee warehouse operations including goods in, storage, inventory control, production kitting, Kanban and dispatch.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Monitor and maintain stock levels.
Manage and mentor warehouse staff.
Ensure trade compliance and stay up-to-date on domestic and international trade regulations.
Prepare and present reports on warehouse and logistics performance.

Requirements for a successful Warehouse & Logistics Manager

Minimum of 10 years warehouse and logistics management experience.
Experience working in a busy manufacturing environment and delivering continuous improvement initiatives.
Proven Logistics expertise including procurement and domestic and international trade compliance.
Strong working knowledge of import and export regulations.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong IT skills with experience using both warehouse management systems and ERP software.
