***ADMINISTRATOR***

A super new job opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administrator to help and support a busy team within an export department. You will need proficient Word, Excel and Outlook skills and excellent levels of accuracy. Full training on the in-house export system will be provided. Any experience dealing with shipping or export documents such as EUR1s or Certificate of Origin would be an advantage but not essential.

Salary £26.5K - £27.5K depending on experience

Key responsibilities for the Administrator include,

  • Processing regular customer orders
  • Matching and filing delivery notes, purchase order and invoices
  • Applying for shipping related certificates
  • Processing shipping documentation
  • General administrative tasks i.e. dealing with telephone calls, photocopying and filing

The ideal Administrator will need,

  • Previous office administration experience essential
  • Experience with EUR1s, Certificate of Origin or other shipping documents an advantage
  • Experience of accurately processing customer orders
  • Confident Word, Excel and Outlook skills are a must
  • Professional verbal/written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail is crucial
  • Have the ability to multi-task with ease

This Administrator role would suit an experienced, capable, well-organised and diligent team player.

Hours 8.30am-4.30pm Monday to Friday

Note that due to the nature of the business you will need to s satisfactory 5 year history check and no criminal record.
