 Asmodee is known and recognised for its best-sellers such as Catan, Ticket to Ride, Dobble, Splendor and its trading cards (Pokémon, Star Wars, Lord of the Rings licences, etc.).

The Asmodee Group has four main activities: Publishing and distribution of board games, Digital and Entertainment.

This is a Fixed Term Contract - likely end March 25

To ensure orders for National customers are processed, completed with specific requirements, and have left the warehouse in a timely fashion. Ensure excellent communication with Third party logistics carriers. 

Processing and reviewing stock from quotes entered by the National Sales team including:

  • Stock transfers and scheduling from both internal and external warehouses
  • Ensuring all orders are processed in a timely manner meeting the customers due dates.
  • Stock reconciliation – shortage / overage investigation
  • Managing external rework projects with 3rd party providers
  • Producing compliant labelling and delivery paperwork
  • Booking deliveries via external portals and time management systems
  • Assisting with item set up, confirming rework quantities, providing images to sales teams, confirming packaging requirements and costings
  • Providing forecasted demand for stock
  • Review and application of customer specific delivery manuals
  • Monitoring the operations inbox actioning any tasks within

For Specific National Customers:

  • Produce delivery paperwork and customs documentation
  • Complete regular open order books with updates dates for restock
  • Manage bookings in of goods out
  • Arrange courier collections of goods out                                         
  • Ensuring SAP is updated with accurate POD’s
  • Ensuring Delivery notes are completed in a timely fashion
  • Create Problem Logs and resolve non-compliance issues
  • Customer service – external communication
  • Packaging maintenance and ordering
  • Excellent communication with National sales ensuring all details and orders are fulfilled to the customers requirements on or before the date expected

General:

  • Provide cover for other members of the team as and when necessary
  • General warehouse administration work
  • Support Goods out where necessary
  • Office house keeping
  • Assist the service manager with any tasks they may set

  • Ability to work well under pressure and to work to strict deadlines and delivery requirements
