PermanentBordon, Hampshire (GU35)Our client, a very exciting, fast-growing organisation based in Bordon, Hampshire is actively seeking to recruit a brand-new role into their business, Recruitment Advisor. You will report directly to the People Manager.Within this brand-new position, it will offer an exciting opportunity to shape their recruitment function and ensure they attract, hire, and retain exceptional talent to support their ambitious growth plans.

This is a permanent role, salary £30,000-£33,000. This could be a Part Time opportunity for a more senior candidate, or an Advisor/Officer level professional seeking full time.

About the roleAs the Recruitment Specialist, you will take ownership of the entire recruitment lifecycle, working closely with hiring managers and HR across the business to understand their needs and deliver a first-class recruitment experience.
