Job Overview
We are currently recruiting for a Hybrid Accounts Executive role for one of our clients based in Bordon to cover maternity leave . This role will require meeting individual sales targets, proactively engaging with customers to place orders, discuss new products, trends and marketing opportunities to maximize sales. Delivering a first-class customer experience. Also growing a customer base by engaging with potential new customers
Duties
- Take time to build great relationships with each customer so that you adapt the services and products to meet their specific needs.
- Provide great customer service to a set group of customers.
- Pro-actively contact customers to make them aware of new & upcoming product releases to increase sales.
- Contact customers via phone and email to assist with a variety of sales queries.
- Capture & update customer information accurately.
- Be a team player, helping drive performance by constantly challenging self & by inspiring others to meet their goals.
Skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to quickly establish rapport and build trust
- Confident communicator both verbal and written
- Ability to multi-task and be adaptable to changing demands and priorities
- Work well under pressure
- Strong team player but happy to work independently
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week, hybrid (3 days in office) Maternity cover up until June 2025
Salary: 26,000.00 per year
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 5 months
Pay: 25,500.00-26,000.00 per year
