This School is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our team as soon as possible. Due to the school’s growth and oversubscription, we are looking for individuals who can commit to 26.67 hours per week over five days, although fewer days may be considered for the right candidate. This role is an opportunity to contribute to an inclusive and dynamic educational environment.

Day to Day of the role:
  • Work closely with teaching staff to provide in-class support and facilitate small group learning.
  • Support students across a variety of subjects, with the opportunity to leverage personal subject strengths.
  • Assist students with physical disabilities and/or impairments in navigating the school site.
  • Contribute to the school’s ethos of providing an excellent rounded experience for all students.
  • Help ensure that all students enjoy learning and achieve beyond expectations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience working with young people is ideal.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A good general level of education.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
