***SHIPPING COORDINATOR***A super new job opportunity has arisen for an Shipping Coordinator to help and support a busy team within an export department. You will need proficient Word, Excel and Outlook skills and excellent levels of accuracy. Full training on the in-house export system will be provided. Salary £26.5K - £27.5K depending on experience Key responsibilities for the Shipping Coordinator include,

Processing regular customer orders
Matching and filing delivery notes, purchase order and invoices
Applying for shipping related certificates
Processing shipping documentation
General administrative tasks i.e. dealing with telephone calls, photocopying and filing

The ideal Shipping Coordinator will need,

Previous office administration experience
Excellent Word, Excel and Outlook skills
Professional verbal/written communication skills
Strong attention to detail is crucial
Have the ability to multi-task with ease

This Shipping Coordinator role would suit an experienced, capable, well-organised and diligent team player. Hours 8.30am-4.30pm Monday to FridayNote that due to the nature of the business you will need to s satisfactory 5 year history check and no criminal record.
