NEW MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN IN BORDON, HAMPSHIRE
Our client based in Bordon, Hampshire are looking to hire a new Maintenance Technician, they design a range of power management systems which are required for the manufacture of many industries such as the Automotive sector.
This role will support the manufacturing processes and the facility by ensuring all machines, tools, fixtures, and equipment are maintained and repaired. Additionally, the role will include environmental waste management responsibilities.
Responsibilities as aMaintenance Technician in Bordon, Hampshire.
- Install, maintain, and repair all manufacturing equipment, tools, and fixtures.
- Troubleshoot machinery breakdowns and replace defective components.
- Plan, procure, and install electrical services for new or relocated machinery.
- Coordinate and prioritize work schedules within the work centre.
- Monitor incoming and outgoing work for quality.
- Oversee industrial discharge permits and prepare regulatory reports.
Requirements as a Maintenance Technician in Bordon, Hampshire.
- ONC/HNC in Engineering or equivalent engineering experience (5+ years in equipment and building maintenance).
- COSHH certification or relevant experience in hazardous material management.
- Strong mechanical engineering skills.
