Key Responsibilities:
- Pot & Pan Washing: Ensure all pots, pans, and cooking utensils are thoroughly cleaned and ready for the culinary team.
- Kitchen Equipment Cleaning: Maintain and sanitize kitchen equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- General Kitchen Cleaning: Keep the kitchen area clean and organized, including floors, surfaces, and waste management.
Shift Patterns:
- Early Shifts: Start your day early and finish by 2pm, perfect for those who enjoy having their afternoons free.
- Late Shifts: Begin your shift in the afternoon and work into the evening, ideal for those who prefer a later start.
- Early: (Apply online only) (30 min lunch) - 12.00 p/h
- Late: (Apply online only) (30 min lunch) - 15.00 p/h
There will be a safety brief for each new member of staff, as a group. This will include the layout of the kitchen, systems of work, H&S and risk assessments.
