Key Responsibilities- Prepare and oversee management accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
- Drive financial analysis, including variance reporting and performance insights.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management to support business strategy.
- Ensure robust financial controls and reconciliations are maintained.
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements and tax filings.
- Act as a key contact for external auditors and advisors.
- Support process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency.
? ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified .? Strong background in management accounts, financial reporting, and reconciliations.? Highly analytical, with a commercial mindset and ability to problem-solve.? Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools.? Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present financial insights clearly.? Proactive, hands-on, and able to hit the ground running in an interim capacity.? Experience in financial services, investment, or corporate finance is a plus.
