My client is a prestigious Top 100 accountancy practice with a thriving presence across two prime locations in Hertfordshire and London. With around 150 employees, they offer a comprehensive range of services including Audit, Accounts, Bookkeeping, Tax, Payroll, Advisory, and Company Secretarial Services. They have a rich heritage in the entertainment industry, continuing to serve some of the world's most famous TV and film stars, and we have built a diverse client base spanning PR and marketing, FCA-regulated clients, manufacturing, and restaurants with turnovers of up to £45m.

The Audit and Accounts Senior Role:

I amlooking for a talented and motivated Audit Senior to join their Hertfordshire office. As an Audit Senior, you will play a key role in leading audit engagements, managing client relationships, and overseeing junior team members. This is an exciting opportunity to gain high-level experience and progress quickly within our firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage audit engagements from planning through to completion.
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff, providing guidance and support.
  • Review financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to business development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with business services/outsourcing teams to deliver comprehensive client solutions.
