Robert Half is recruiting an Interim Financial Accountant to assist with a Year-end project for our client in Watford.
The position of Interim Financial Accountant will require the following skill-set
- Qualified accountant
- Experienced financial accountant with good technical skills.
- Statutory accounting for multiple entities
- Liaising with auditors
- Year-end closing
- Good understanding of UK GAAP.
- US GAAP knowledge/experience preferred/useful.
- Solid understanding of the reporting and consolidation process
- Strong academic background
- Ability to prioritise workload and meet tight deadlines
- Commercial acumen and the ability to contribute to the overall business strategy overtime.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong excel skills (VLOOKUP's and pivot tables minimum)
- General Microsoft office skills, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint
- Private Equity SME experience desirable
The position of Interim Financial Accountant will be paying £55-60k on a daily rate basis, this is an urgent requirement.
