Administrator - The Role

· General administrative support

  • Inputting information onto Excel
  • Maintaining various in-house systems (database)
  • Streamline policies and processes
  • Work and develop strong relationships with all departments across the group and customers
  • Be the main point of contact with incoming queries
  • To continuously improve the administration functions

Administrator - The Candidate

  • 2-3 years’ experience working in an administrative and telephone customer service role
  • Excellent MS Office and to be confident using Excel for inputting purposes
  • Confident and ability work on their own initiative
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Extremely organised
  • Attention to detail
  • Computer literate
