Your Role as a Field Sales Account Manager
- Build strong client relationships through regular site visits.
- Identify opportunities for growth, cross-selling, and upselling services.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Use CRM tools (Bullhorn) to track progress and report results.
- Provide expert advice to help clients achieve their recruitment goals
- You will be required to visit the office in Borehamwood, Hertfordshire twice a month
What you will bring as a Field Based Sales Account Manager
- Proven experience in account management, business development, or field service, specifically focused on selling services rather than products.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Results-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple clients effectively.
- Willingness to travel and work across client sites (You must have a valid UK driving licence)
