Duties:

It's a professional environment.

You’ll be based from home and provided with all the specialist equipment & technology necessary. You’ll be visiting our customers across the region, conducting the following:

• Routine crane servicing & warranty work.
• Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, hydraulic and electrical issues on customer sites.
• Performing thorough examinations / LOLER inspections and necessary compliance checks.
• Providing technical support to customers.

Training

We offer a comprehensive manufacturer training schedule that builds on your knowledge and develops you into an experienced Palfinger Field Service Engineer. 

We’re also committed to future-proof your skills, and training continues throughout your career with us as you’ll become an electrical and diagnostic expert.

Our ideal applicant

You're an existing field service engineer with mechanical, hydraulic & electrical experience maintaining similar equipment such as construction plant, agricultural machinery, cranes, Forklifts, Talilifts etc. 

Ideally applicants should hold a recognised apprenticeship, C&G or NVQ in a relevant discipline.

A full UK driving licence is essential.
