Purpose of the role:

  • To support the group finance function by taking ownership of the subsidiaries across France and Belgium and assist in all areas of management accounts.

Day to Day responsibilities:

  • Purchase Ledger, matching off invoices, meeting payment runs
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Setting up SEPA direct debits
  • Sales Ledger
  • Supporting with Month End
  • Assist with preparing monthly reporting pack for regional & global head office
  • Monitor and complete balance sheet reconciliation

Skills and Attribute:

  • Bilingual - French
  • Proven understanding on management accounts
  • AAT qualified or starting ACCA / CIMA
  • Advance Excel experience
  • Personal attributes: methodical, thorough, organised, precise , personable, attention to detail and resourceful.
