We’re partnering with a rapidly growing professional services company that’s looking to expand its commercial sales team.

This role is based in Borehamwood and offers a flexible hybrid working model. It’s a great opportunity for a commercially savvy, customer-focused professional who thrives on building strong client relationships, achieving targets, and contributing to a dynamic, supportive team environment.


Responsibilities include:
  • Responding to inbound leads and making outbound calls to convert sales opportunities
  • Managing CRM entries and ensuring data accuracy
  • Supporting the wider sales and business development team with ongoing campaigns and initiatives
  • Guiding prospective clients through service offerings and delivering tailored solutions
  • Providing an exceptional standard of customer service throughout the sales journey

Skills & experience required:
  • Previous experience in a sales or client services environment
  • Confident communicator with a professional phone manner
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Highly organised with strong time management and attention to detail
  • A team player with a proactive, results-driven attitude
