An independent family-owned business with decades of experience in the food and drinks solutions sector, who have just established a new business venture in 2023 and are in the scale-up phase, looking to grow fast and organically having spotted a gap in the market to leverage on existing knowledge and experience to offer a solution which has customer satisfaction at its core. The founder is a Harvard MBA graduate and serial entrepreneur so a great person to learn from.
Having already signed on the likes of Adobe, Tesla and Ernst & Young along with various universities and hospitals, they are looking to seriously expand their portfolio of satisfied customers across London and Home Counties with the mission of growing the team from 7 to 30 in the next 4 years and achieving turnover of £10m.
Business Development Manager
We have been asked to secure two new hires to start in the New Year in the role of Business Development Manager based out of their offices in Hertfordshire, close to north London. With a growth mindset, you will be:
- Expanding the client base by introducing new services to businesses across London and Home Counties.
- Leveraging their CRM system and nurturing intelligent sales leads
- Introducing yourself to business decision makers across multiple business types
- Generating new business via networking, events and social media (LinkedIn)
- Manage inbound marketing leads and enquiries - they get 70 inbounds p/m currently
- Take prospects through sales process, demonstrating value proposition, closing contracts and ensuring post-sale machine or service installations are successful

Package
- Salary of £30K, with uncapped commission and company car allowance of £350 p/m, which can move to company car scheme after probation period
- 26 days + Bank Holidays. Hours are Monday-Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm
