Customer Service Manager

£40,000 + Pension + Parking
This role is perfect for a committed Customer Service Manager looking to take the next step in their career, you will be joining a successful local Company who are constantly growing so there will be excellent career opportunities.
Some of your duties will include:
- Providing extensive administrative and customer service support in a busy Customer Service Department
- Answering incoming telephone calls from clients, establishing their requirements and recommending suitable products
- Inputting client orders onto the computer system and tracking progress through to successful delivery
- Liaising with external delivery contractors and arranging deliveries in the UK and overseas
- Conducting research into potential new clients and sending out sales and marketing literature
- Maintaining computerised client database records and updating information held on a daily basis
