Head Chef.

Working pattern:40 hours per week, 5 over 7 shift pattern working from 7am to 10pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee events, including planning and pricing of menus and packages
• Working with quality ingredients, preparing fresh food and regularly changing menus
• Oversee the full management of the kitchen team
• Evidenced understanding of HACCP and FSA Compliance
• Responsibility of the labour margin and gross profit margin
• Collaborate with the F&B Manager to meet all budgetary targets, key performance indicators and maintain high standards of customer service
• Build strong relationships with the General Manager, team and guests to ensure seamless service
• Work on a shift basis as required by the business
