Sales Manager

This fast growing local organisation are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Sales Manager to join their team and contribute towards their ongoing success.

Some of your duties will include:

- Managing the Sales Department and supervising, motivating and training a team of Sales Executives

- Strategizing field sales plans and coming up with new incentives to motivate sales team and boost sales levels

- Chasing high profile sales leads, sending out sales and marketing literature and closing sales deals

- Conducting research to identify new sales opportunities and cold calling potential clients to introduce products

- Recording sales figures on computerised database system and monitoring sales teams individual performance

- Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales revenue and identifying sales trends
