Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple project teams, ensuring projects meet specification, quality, and budget targets.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align projects with strategic business objectives.
- Develop and implement project plans that prioritise business outcomes.
- Maintain strict adherence to project schedules and design objectives.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration across all project stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate potential project risks, ensuring proactive management throughout the project lifecycle.
- Mentor and develop project team members, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
- Ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards are met across all projects.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.
- Proven experience in Construction Management, preferably in Power Utilities or regulated industries such as Water, Gas, Communications, or Transport.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure with attention to detail.
- Competent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- A proactive attitude, excellent work ethic, and a desire to learn and grow.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines while maintaining exceptional customer service.
