Joining an established global pharmaceutical company whose mission is to provide life changing medicines to patients in need across the globe in a key role managing assigned customer accounts.
Responsibilities range from quotation to processing and delivery for a number of b2b accounts, including hospitals and medical centres specifically within the Middle East, South and Central America and the Caribbean.
A varied role, with responsibilities including:
*Management of assigned customer accounts
*Assist in preparing quotes working closely with the Key Account Manager relating to pricing
*Maintaining contact with customers ensuring they are kept up to date with order status / delivery times
*Preparing shipment documentation, and liaise with Warehouse and Freight Forwarders
*Ensuring compliance with SOPs, export permits and regulatory requirements
The role will suit a candidate who has similar experience within a regulated environment, strong PC skills to use Quality Managements, and SAP (training given),professional manner with excellent communication skills and ability to multi task
