The Role

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of thermal and heat projects, from initial consultation to commissioning and handover.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and strong relationship management.
  • Develop project plans, and manage resources, timelines, and budgets, ensuring adherence to project specifications.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including design, installation, and technical support.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective solutions to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Oversee commissioning and testing of thermal systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to clients and internal teams on heat systems, energy efficiency, and sustainability.
  • Ensure all projects meet health, safety, and environmental standards.

The Person

  • Experience as a Project or Contact Engineer
  • Proven experience in the thermal or heat technology sector, with a solid understanding of energy systems and heat transfer principles or Gas.
  • Strong client-facing skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Knowledge of relevant industry regulations, health, and safety standards.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and work well under pressure.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
